The use of mobile phones is on the rise, creating a significant market for repair services, especially in poverty-ridden areas where the cost of buying a new device is prohibitive. This makes working as a technician or starting a mobile phone repair business is a good career prospect that does not require any previous experience or education.
After the success of our first 3 courses, we are looking for your support to offer it 3 times per year for free at our training facilities in Reyhanli and Iskenderun. The majority of our graduates got a better-paid job or even started their own small enterprises.
The curriculum includes 12 weeks of instructor-led classroom training (250 hours), practical projects, and a final assessment.

We designed the course based on the work opportunities in the areas where we operate. It helps our residents find better-paid jobs, support their families, and live in dignity.
Many refugees never graduated school due to conflict and missed out on important learning that would have helped them pursue a work occupation and have a stable income. So they embrace the chance to learn practical skills as a way to remedy the lost education, gain the chance to develop professionally, and earn more than the minimum wage.
