Calling all the game changers out there

Every year, thousands of women and children start a journey away from their war-torn present to a safer future without fear, violence, or abuse. Sadly, many got trapped in limbo, never reaching their destination.

Together, we can steer the change and help them complete their journey.
About Us

We bring hope and opportunities

We work with generous individuals and organizations and use their donations where they are needed the most.

Women and children on the run are one of the most vulnerable groups in the planet. Often, they flee with little more than the clothes on their back, leaving behind homes, belongings, jobs and loved ones. Most of them end up in low-income, poverty-ridden countries, living in crowded camps or rundown urban areas. Women refugees are rarely recognized for their capacities, skills, and abilities. Lack of support and autonomy, little access to education and work opportunities, culture, and stereotypes trap these women in a situation of helplessness, abuse and dependency.

We use our funding to provide supportive housing to women and children. Every act of generosity is a steppingstone for our residents to live in dignity, access opportunities and, ultimately, rebuild their lives.

So, their journey to safety can come to an end, a happy end.

What We Did

Past Projects

Since 2007 we have been working with underprivileged and at risk communities, enabling adequate living conditions, access to counselling services, job training and education.

Initially, we have been working in post conflict and poverty ridden locations in Eastern Europe, bringing medical supplies to hospitals, providing mobility aids, and organizing therapeutic activities for men, women and children in underprivileged situations.

In 2013, recognizing the humanitarian crisis in the region,  we decided to concentrate our efforts in the Turkish towns near the Syrian border, which currently host world’s largest refugee population.

What People
Say About Us

It is amazing that we can now spend our time in peace without bearing the constant worry of money... Now we can think about our education and our future. From my heart, I would like to thank all of you who support the continued existence of this beautiful home

Finally, I can close my eyes relaxed without thinking about how we will be able to survive. It is very stressful to be a mother of two teenage girls. I hope that God blesses your efforts because now I have the time to take care of my girls within this large, loving family.

Zara, 39, resident

I used to be alone and did not feel safe before, but now everything is different. I have a large family that cares about me. I cannot express my gratitude to be in this house.
